Terms and Conditions of Sale
Please Read these terms and
conditions carefully before ordering any items from Model
Trains 4 U.
1.0 These terms and conditions apply to any site
user who places an order with us at Model Trains 4
2.0 Your right to cancel.
Items in your basket are the foundation of your order
request only. We do try to hold enough stock of online items
to meet customer demand, however at times we do run out. In
the unlikely event that we don't have an ordered item, you will
be contacted via email and have the following options.
- 2.1 Amend your order and we
will refund any items that are not been dispatched.
- 2.2 Wait for the out of
stock item to be available, Please note that payment is
taken at point of order, so if you wish for payment to be
refunded please advise via email.
- 2.3 Cancel the order request. We may contact you via
email to inform you when said products are back in
3.0 Pre-order Items.
All Pre-order items have payment taken at time of ordering,
this is because we do not store card details, if you would prefer
to order and not pay, please ring us on 0800 043 1174.
All of our products are from well known and respected
suppliers and therefore fully covered by manufacturer's
warranty. Please note that different suppliers have different
warranty terms and you should contact us immediately if you
have a problem.
5.0 Damaged Items
- 5.1 On receipt of delivery if a products are found to be
non-working or damaged then you MUST contact us within 5
working days. Please contact us via email firstname.lastname@example.org.
- 5.2 Do NOT attempt to repair as this invalidates all
- 6.1 We try to process orders as soon as possible but
please allow 7 working days for delivery.
- 6.2 If you need an item urgently we can offer either
Special Delivery (UK) for £6 (max weight 2kg) or Interlink
24 at an additional charge of £8.
